Twin Creeks is a unique subdivision offering beautiful Hill Country views, a private golf course and an active private country club. When you choose a home in Twin Creeks you are choosing a wonderful lifestyle. A day in the life of a Twin Creeks resident (with a social country club membership) would include working out daily in the Family Acitivity Center Gym, swimming laps in the heated outdoor pool, taking yoga classes or neighborhood boot camp class, taking cooking classes or attending the book club, or taking your family to the pool that has wonderful shallow areas for little ones to play or a giant slide for the older kids and adults). You may end the day by dining in the Club House restaurant or choose to sit on your front porch and watch the sunset (which is my favorite!).

What is the Neighborhood Like?
Single Family Homes in Twin Creeks are generally going to range in size from 2000 - 5000 SF. Builders such as David Weekly, Ryland, Newmark, Bowen Family, Ashtonwoods, Fairway View and various custom home builders have built homes in Twin Creeks (starting in 2002). Lot sizes vary from .2 to .7 acres. The different sections in the neighborhood include The Park, The Overlook, The Gardens and The Reserve. There is also a section of condominiums (some of them have gorgeous views of the greenbelt and golf course) called the Sunset Ridge Condominiums. The Gardens section are Garden Home style homes with smaller lots (the front yards are gated in this area as well) and this section is across the street from the Club House and Family Activity Center. The Reserve has mostly craftsman style homes (this section still has undeveloped lots available and currently Ashtonwoods has new homes being built and for sale). The Overlook looks exactly as it sounds and is overlooking the sunset ridge (many of the custom homes are in this section). And The Park is at the front of the neighborhood.
What's Going On Nearby the Twin Creeks Subdivision?
Twin Creeks is located 20 miles Northwest of Downtown Austin, TX, and has great access to roads and toll roads that will get you to the different parts of town you wish to visit fast. If the lake lifestyle is to your liking, then Volente, TX is a 5-mile drive down the road (and if you don't own a boat, consider joining the Volente boat club). Music fan? You don't have to drive to the music capital to participate in the scene! The Oasis has multiple restaurants to enjoy and live shows to boot (I'm always there when Bob Schneider is playing, my favorite). Lakeline Mall is the closest mall and HEB Plus is a great grocery store near by.
What Schools Will the Kids Attend?
